The Angles Way Ultra 100k

Registration – Gt. Yarmouth – will be open 3.45am – 4.45am, here you will receive your race number and drop bag.

Coach transport – we will leave the race HQ / registration /finish at 5am. It is your responsibility to be on the bus as it will be leaving promptly to take you to the race start.

Race Briefing will be at 4.45am, after close of registration.

Drop bag you will have access to your drop bag at Checkpoint 4. Hand your drop bag in at registration They will be brought back to registration for you to collect after the race. Drop bags will be draw string bags, no larger bags will be accepted.

Kit List for this race has been planned to help create a fast race through a relatively straightforward landscape in summertime (Kit List). Familiarise yourself with the mandatory kit required, the kit that you will carry with you and the kit in your drop bags; give thought to how you will pack it and what will be available to you during the race.

Cut Off for the 100k is midnight Saturday night. This gives 18 hours to complete. Cut Off for Oulton Broads (43miles), with a cut off time. You need to LEAVE by 7.00pm. Giving you 5 hours for the final 19 miles. You need to LEAVE Burgh Castle by 10.00pm. Giving you 2 hours for the last 6 miles. We will enforce the cut off times and those not continuing will be transported back to Gt. Yarmouth.

The Race HQ will be open from 3.30am

Checkpoints will have water, squash, coke and a good mixture of sweet and savoury snacks such as sausages, crisps, pretzels, cake, chocolate, sweets, pineapple, watermelon & oranges, nuts etc.

The 100k is CUPLESS – in line with most other 100k races you will be expected to run with your own cup. (info)
